INFRARED PRE-HEATING MODULE

It is a Pre-heating module consisting of infrared heaters installed in the entrance of Powder coating curing oven or Liquid Paint Drying oven in existing conveyor type Powder Coating and Liquid Paint applications. Conventional oven is placed before the air curtain area.

It makes the pre-warm up time of the painted product to be dried or cured in a conventional oven within a very short time. This allows for the material to enter to the oven at drying or curing temperature. The only consumed energy in the oven is not to lose the heat of the product which is heated with infrared.

After all;
The conveyor speed of the existing facility can be increased by 25- 50 %.

Gas consumption is reduced compared to the conventional furnace (per product).

In Powder coating applications; After the paint is gelled in the infrared region before the entrance of the powder coating oven, it enters the conventional oven. In this way, the quality problems of the paint caused by the powder paint flight are eliminated and the need to clean the inner walls of the oven is reduced
