Conveyor type Liquid Paint Ovens

Infrared heaters used for totally drying of liquid painting; they provide space and energy saving by drying efficiently and in a short time.

The infrared heater creates molecular motion in the paint and surface coating without heating all the material and air in all the places needed. In this radiation-based warming, not all the product to which the paint is to be adhered is heated. However, warming occurs only from the metal surface to the depth of the mass depending on the product heat conductivity coefficient.

The Infrared heating system does not need air for heating and conducting heat, as in conventional systems. It directly heats the surface and the paint applied on the surface. For this reason, the drying process is carried out in shorter heating time.

Advantages

-Gas type infrared heaters; They produce heat as a result of an Exothermic reaction, so no open flames can occur on the surface and can be used safely ( Ex-Proof ) in combustible flammable environments (Solvent based paint).

-No harmful gas emulsions arise because there are no open flames.
Therefore heating is done without harming the environment.

-As a Liquid paint drying process takes place in a shorter time.
The oven can be installed in much smaller areas than conventional ovens.

-Economic drying (Saving on gas consumption) takes place since it is used in a shorter time and direct heating.

-In Liquid paint drying applications, since the conveyor line will not pass through the ovens, the heating losses caused by the heat transfer of the conveyor chain are at a minimum level.
